Artful Dodger Lecture Series
An Artful Dodger is one who makes a quick exit from the office and hightails it to the Frances Lehman Loeb Art Center for a lunchtime lecture by an engaging member of the Vassar faculty, who happens not to be an art historian.
These popular talks are relaxed and informal discussions in which the professors share personal experiences and interpretations that draw them to specific works in the permanent collection.
During the Fall and Spring Semesters, the talks are held Wednesdays at noon. Check the event calendar for dates. In the spring, you may even want to linger in the sculpture garden for lunch afterwards!
